Where is my package?

We usually take 1 - 5 business days to ship out your order. Once shipped, the in transit time is expected to take 1 - 5 business days. This is because we are an environmentally conscious company and do not want to send out only a few orders per day. We collect the packages in large quantities and only send them out once we have reached our minimum threshold. We hope you understand and would like to help us create a better and healthier world.

It's been 10 business days and I haven't received my package yet?

We are sorry this has happened... Have you checked the track & trace code? It can happen that packages are held up at customs. Please wait another 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases, the package will still be delivered. Have you waited 5 business days plus an additional 3 days? If so, please contact us and we will find a solution together.

Where can I find my tracking code?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. It takes about 2-4 days for a tracking code to be delivered. Also check your spam folder, as our emails can sometimes end up there. Remember that it can take a few business days for the track & trace system to become active.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking code you received by email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to find out the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.

I am not satisfied with my package.

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

  • Please contact our customer service at contact@lamorala.com to arrange a return within this period.

  • The costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

  • If the item is defective, we will refund the shipping costs for its return.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used.

Return conditions

  • Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories.

  • The product must not have been used and must be returned in the condition it was received.

  • Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Responsibility

  • We accept no responsibility for any delays or damage during the transit of returned items.

  • We recommend that you check the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if you have any problems.
